After the many reports that have spread recently about the potential mental damage this could cause Instagram For teens, Facebook’s response to these claims has been to categorically deny them, but without providing any evidence or data.
Pratiti Raichodhury, head of research at Facebook, said the Wall Street Journal’s characterization of internal research was inaccurate, attributing all of this to a misinterpretation of the newspaper’s data.
But the Facebook official ignored many of the questions raised in the newspaper article, including teenagers claiming they were Instagram addicts, according to the Arab Gateway for Technical News. Instead, she focused her energies on underestimating the company’s own research.

The newspaper claimed that the platform’s parent company was well aware of the damage its products had caused to teens and that the company had made minimal efforts to address and minimize these issues in public.
