World champions France won the European Football Championship after Karim Benzema and Kylian Mbappe scored to beat Spain 2-1 at San Siro on Sunday.
After a modest first half, the game came to life in the 64th minute when Frenchman Theo Hernandez kicked the ball under the bar.
Moments later, Spain took the lead when Mikel Oyarzabal received a long pass from Sergio Busquets and kept the ball despite attempts from Daewoo Obamecano and fired a low shot into the goal.
France responded with a magnificent shot from Benzema after a cross from Mbappe to equalize.
Mbappe finished the game ten minutes before the end, receiving a pass from Hernandez and keeping his cool to beat goalkeeper Simon.
