The meeting reassured the position of the fuel supply and distribution, commending the efforts of the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum to supply and distribute it to states in view of the challenges facing the sub-chamber. fuel supply resulting from the closure of the pipeline that transports fuel by-products from Port Sudan to Jelly and the tree and the continued closure of the port to ships loaded with fuel, this will put a heavy strain on the general budget and darken the fuel supply situation in the coming days, causing an upward accumulation of debts of the ships at anchor for each day of delay, in addition to affecting the quantities of fuel supply. The stability of the country’s oil production fields and the continued supply of the Khartoum refinery with crude oil and the production of various derivatives and their distribution to the states.
The meeting also reviewed the situation of wheat stocks and supplies, addressing the quantities of wheat seized in Port Sudan, the quantities of wheat and flour in the capital and the states, in addition to the distribution plan for the sub -wheat supply chamber. In addition to making the most of the northern state’s surplus stock and distributing it to the various states of Sudan without affecting the northern state’s share.
The meeting also discussed the relatively stable drug supply situation after the opening of land and port routes for life-saving drugs and chronic disease drugs to fill the drug gap and the most important measures and controls. for its distribution in the capital and the States. During the meeting, the most important plans and directives for emergency treatments to be carried out by the Central Chamber of strategic products, which have been defined by the transitional government as a top priority, during which coordination will have place between all its different agencies to ensure the stability of the supply of strategic raw materials to the capital and the States.
