He stressed that Moscow is categorically opposed to the transfer of the military infrastructure of the United States and the West from Afghanistan to the countries of Central Asia.
Russia intends to invite the Taliban to international talks on Afghanistan on October 20, and they will be held in Moscow in the presence of China, Iran, Pakistan and India, who form the “Moscow Group for Afghanistan”, according to Russian news agencies announced. .
