Mujahid has around 400,000 followers on Twitter, while he does not follow any accounts from him. Mujahid has posted more than 29,000 tweets on his account to date.
The last thing the Taliban spokesperson posted before his account was suspended was a tweet confirming Today’s explosion happened near a mosque in Kabul A number of civilians were killed.
The bomb explosion rocked a rally of civilians near the entrance to the Eidgah Mosque in Kabul this afternoon, killing a number of people.

Last August, Twitter announced that it would allow Taliban government officials to tweet “unless they violate Twitter rules.”
Critics of big tech companies have expressed anger at Twitter’s tolerance for the Taliban. On the other hand, Facebook has promised to ban all accounts who praise, support or represent the Taliban on all of its platforms, including Instagram.
